To Our Valued Vendors,
We are sure you have heard that we are moving venues and our last show at the Elks will be May 31st.We know that everyone really likes this location and this was not an easy decision for us to make at all, but the hall raised the price on us to the point that we would have had to go up on the table fee and that is something that we absolutely did not want to do again.
Start of the June 21st show we will now be calling our home: St Joseph Veterans Association at 99 Louise St Woonsocket. The venue is located right off Rt 99 in a nice residential area.
This new venue gives us a lot more freedom to do more with a few new ideas such as trade nights, and a few other ideas as this for our vendors and our faithful collectors!
Thank you for the amazing support these last 4 years and we can’t wait to be with you for the next 4 years and beyond!

Set up time: 9am
Show time: 10am-3pm
Unloading & Loading: Will be done at 2 doors, side hall door & front hall entrance. Grass area can be used to park cars while doing this. See Yellow Marked area
Parking: Vendor parking will be done in RED Section of the Lot/Overflow Lot.

$40.00 per table as of 2025 Season.
Fees: Please have your table fee ready (before show sales) for the staff when it's collecting time. The fee price may vary due to number of tables a vendor has reserved for that show.
New England for the Hobby Staff will confirm booking 10 days prior of show date to ensure each vendor is reminded of the show. Please confirm with-in 48 hrs you’re ready or need to cancel.
Please inform the staff ASAP that you are unable to attend so we are able to find a replacement in timely manner. If a Vendor for any reason cancels with-in a 48 hrs** period or does a no show you are still subject to pay the full booking fee from the missed show before their next booking.
** 48hrs: The time frame starts 12:01am Friday prior to the Sunday show date, 12:01am Thursday to a Saturday show date.
Cleanliness is a must at our shows: During and end of every show please discard all trash, used drinking cups, food containers that have been used by yourself or your party with you. We thank you for your assistance.
